Workaholism versus Work Engagement

The research team at Well-Being at Work focuses on the traditional caring professions.  Many caring professionals feel drawn to give their personal resources (e.g., time, energy, finances) to support their beneficiaries.  Where, then, is the line between workaholism and work engagementResearchers are continuously attempting to answer this question. Our goal is to support caring professionals to be engaged and flourishing in their work.
